Reid's Palace was considered, once again, by the readers of the prestigious travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller of November, in this case, the American version, as one of the TOP 25 resort hotels in Europe. The Reid's Palace Hotel was in 7th position, being the only hotel unit from Madeira present, and the readers assigned a score of 89,4%, a few percentage points away from the hotel which came first, with a score of 92%.

This evaluation is made by an independent identity to Conde Nast, and it is one of the largest studies done at this level in the United States, and is only surpassed by the U.S. Census.

Reid's Palace sees, therefore, rewarded all the effort and dedication of the entire team, which honors both the hotel unit and the region.
