Room Rates - 2008

A baby cot for ages 0-2 years can be provided free of charge. Extra beds are available at €90 for Mid and High seasons, and €120 for the Festive season.

General Conditions

• All rates are quoted in Euros, and are per room/per night.
• All room rates include Buffet Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant or Continental Breakfast in the room, free use of tennis courts, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, table tennis, sauna, access to all 3 swimming pools (1 freshwater and 1 seawater are heated) with deck chairs and towels, courtesy shuttle bus Hotel-Funchal-Hotel.
• Half-board and full-board meals do not apply to Villa Cipriani's restaurant
• The management reserves the right to alter the rates without prior notice.

Children's Policies

Reid's Palace makes it easy and affordable for families to come to Madeira. The hotel offers discounts on connecting rooms and meal discounts for children.

• Children (ages 3-12) enjoy a 50% discount on Half Board and Full Board prices.
• Children under 3 years of age are free, when sharing their parents room (maximum 2 children) 
• Children (3-12 years old): one child is free when sharing the parent's room. Additional children in the same room incur an extra bed fee. Should the guest wish to obtain a second room for the children, we will provide a second room at 50% off of the published rate, subject to availability.  (This second room offer is not valid in Festive Season)
• Children (13-18 years): an extra bed fee will apply when the teen is sharing the parent's room (maximum 1 teen). Should the guest travel with more than one teen, or simply wish to obtain a second room, we will provide a second room at 25% off of the published rate, subject to availability. (This second room offer is not valid in Festive Season)

Deposit

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking; alternatively, a wire transfer made in advance can also be accepted. Some rates requires advance deposit. During the peak period, the following policy applies: 3 night deposit (BB) charged on 01 November plus additional 4 night deposit charged on 10 December. 

Cancellation and No-Show

A maximum of 3 nights cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation - guaranteed by credit card, prepayment or in writing - is cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival or if there is a no-show. If less than 3 nights, the number of nights reserved will be charged. During the Peak period, the following policy applies;
