Check In and Check Out

From the 15th of May there will be no restrictions on when you check in or check out at Reid’s Palace allowing you to arrive and leave when it is most convenient for you. 

General Conditions

• All rates are quoted in Euros, and are per room/per night.
• All room rates include Buffet Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant or Continental Breakfast in the room, free use of tennis courts, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, table tennis, sauna, access to all 3 swimming pools (1 freshwater and 1 seawater are heated) with deck chairs and towels, courtesy shuttle bus Hotel-Funchal-Hotel.
• The management reserves the right to alter the rates without prior notice.

Rooms

All rooms have balcony or terrace.

Child Policies 

• Children stay for free (aged 0-12) when sharing parents' room, maximum one child per room, enjoying same parents’ booked arrangements (Bed and Breakfast, Half or Full Board)

• Teens from (aged 13 to 17) receive a 50% discount on Extra Bed, Half board or Full board arrangements, when sharing parents' room, maximum one teen per room

• 50% discount for 2nd room occupied by 3-17 years old, maximum 2 per room, enjoying same parents’ booked arrangements (Bed and Breakfast, Half or Full Board) – Not applicable during Festive season (December 26, 2010 through January 4, 2011)

• If you have more than one child you can take advantage of our special Family Plan Package.

Cheques

Personal cheques are accepted if agreed upon in advance by the management 

Deposit

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking; alternatively, a wire transfer made in advance can also be accepted. Some rates requires advance deposit. During the peak period, the following policy applies: 3 night deposit (BB) charged. 

Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations should be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a late cancellation penalty equal to one night's accommodation for every 3 nights reserved.

From 26th December 2010 to 04th January 2011 the following cancellation policy will be applied:
