Reid’s Perfume Master Classes, through the expert Maître Parfumeur Nicolas de Barry will guide you on a journey through time, scents, senses and blends in an atmosphere of splendor and glamour.
Reid’s Perfume master Classes will be a unique three half days experience, during which participants will discover Madeira’s scents, visiting the famous gardens of Quintina das Ervas and the Blandy’s Gardens, acquire the finest fragrance composing techniques, and celebrate this exclusive experience with a final Gala Dinner, during which all participants will received a diploma for the completion of the Reid’s Perfume master Classes.

Programme
Day 1
First Perfume Master Class, including a visit to two Madeira’s gardens (Blandy’s and Quintina das Ervas). During the visit, participants will have the have the opportunity to know some aromatic herbs and understand how raw materials can be used for the creation of scents and perfumes.
Day 2
In the second day of tuition, the soon to be “Perfumiers” will explore the world of the essentials oils, their influence on perfumes and on our body. They will learn how to create bath salt, and perfume Paper. The day will be completed with the creation of a massage oil.
Day 3
In this day, participants will complete their unique experience within the world of Perfumes, with the creation of an “Eau de Cologne” and an “Eau de Perfume”. The course will end with the explication of how to choose a good perfume. The Reid’s Master Perfume program, will reach its culmination with a Gala Dinner, during which participants will receive their Reid’s Perfume Classes Diplomas presentation.
