LaStone Therapy

This is the original stone massage treatment, uniquely using heated and cooled stones in a completely natural therapy system.

Created in 1993 by Mary Nelson, she took her inspiration from early native American traditions and cultures which still surround her life in Arizona.

It is scientifically proven that working with temperature in this natural way allows the body the opportunity to activate its own wellness systems.

LaStone techniques of massage also stimulate the cranio channels to the brain which in turn reduce the release of Cortisol, the stress hormone.
